We understand how important your bike is and how you can't be without it. That is why we can offer a courtesy bike whilst yours is being repaired.
Using one of our courtesy bikes couldn't be easier, simply contact us and arrange for your repair. Even if we have a full workshop schedule you're welcome to drop your bike off, and take one of our courtesy bikes.
Courtesy bikes are £3.00 per day;

This section allows you to obtain an instant estimate for repairs. We will supply advice and estimates wherever possible and student discount is available for any repair work. Alternatively please feel free to call us to discuss your bike repair.
To view the price for one or more repairs select the work needed by using the check boxes and click the button titled instant estimate.
We can collect your bicycle anywhere in Oxford for free, and deliver a courtesy bike (if required). A collection fee may apply outside of Oxford city.
We will never proceed with any work without speaking to you first, and we will contact you to let you know when your bike repairs have been finished.
Oxford Bike Repairs | Contact a mechanic / Arrange your repairs:
To use our facility that contacts a mechanic simply enter an explanation of the mechanical issue you are experiencing or the work you would like doing, with the contact details you'd like our mechanic to contact you on and click the button titled 'Contact Mechanic'.
This will send the details of your issue to us directly and we will contact you shortly after with advice, or to arrange booking your bicycle in for repairs. We will provide an estimate whenever possible.

At Bainton Bikes we make every effort to ensure your Oxford cycling experience is as enjoyable as possible. Which is why any bike hired from us includes our mechanical support service.
This service includes;
- Puncture Repairs
- Breakdown Support
- Routine Servicing
- This service comes as standard with any bike hired over a long stay. We arrange monthly visits to service your hired bike; when hiring a bike from us you will never need to visit a bicycle shop.
To use these services you will simply need to contact us and explain the problem, if you are currently unable to ride your bike we will endeavour to have someone with you ASAP, if it cannot be repaired where you are then a replacement will be provided

If you bike is not road worthy, or you cannot get to us don't worry we'll come to you and collect your bike. Simply contact us to make the arrangements and don't forget to mention if you would also like a courtesy bike delivered.
